Our selection process only starts at the interview stage with the People & Management department. We review all applicants individually and will contact you if you follow in the our selection process.

Your responsibilities will be:

​

- Execute a scalable global content development and research strategy to drive more effective decisions, improve the customer experience across all of company and apply the behavioral science across the entire business model.
- Conduct psychometrics analyses to evaluate integrity and practical application of content
- Identify research streams to evaluate how to mitigate or remove sources of error
- Partner closely and drive effective collaborations across multi-disciplinary teams and research and product teams
- Writing and communicating technical information for non-technical audience
- Leading the execution of research projects with multiple stakeholders
- Behavior analysis on multiple business fronts

What you need to have:

​

- Training in Psychology with an emphasis on Behavioral Science or training in Behavioral Science
- Knowledge of the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business and product problems
- Organizational skills, time management, and program management skills
